I have about 40 years of experiences in real estate internationally. In the last 20 years it has only been with tourist-related accommodations. The earlier years were mostly with commercial real estates, inclusive. hotels. Over the past 20 years I have visited countries in the north Mediterranean area and spent much time on finding reputable sellers/owners. In many countries around the Mediterranean, there are unfortunately some unserious brokers. With this experience, I decided to only do business directly with developers/owners and with serious and reputable local brokers.
